Biography
Suman Singh is a Research professor at Department of Packaging, Yonsei University, South Korea. She obtained her B.Tech (Agri. Engg.) from G.B.Pant University of Agriculture and technology, Pantnagar in 2009, M.Tech (Process & Food Engg) with gold medal from Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture, Technology & Science, Allahabad in 2011 and PhD (Process & Food Engg) from G.B.Pant University of Agriculture and technology, Pantnagar in 2011. She has published three book chapters and eleven research papers in different national and International journals and thirty conference proceeding.
Research Interest
Suman Singh have major research interest in Active and intelligent food packaging, antimicrobial packaging, and food processing and nutrition.
