Biography
Dr. Binu Sasidharan is currently working as a specialist orthopaedic surgeon in New Medical Centre, Abudhabi., United Arab Emirates. He completed his diploma and Masters in orthopaedics and took furthur training in knee arthroscopy and arthroplasty. He did his one year ISAKOS approved fellowship in arthroplasty at AIMS, Kochi. His extensive study on muliple myeloma in collaboration with medical oncology department at Kasturba medical college, Mangalore was published. He did his research work on infection in knee arthroplasty and presented his findings in various conferences. He was trained in surgery for poloimyelitis and cerebral palsy at BIIRD hospital, India. He has international publications related to knee arthroplasty and reconstructive knee surgeries. He is a member of several professional orthopaedic associations in India and abroad. He was an invited speaker in many conferences.
His current research interest is in reconstructive surgeries of knee, foot and ankle.
