 Biography

Aurelio V. Arnedillo is Associated Professor of Respiratory Medicine in the University of Cádiz (Spain) and Pneumologist in the Respiratory, Allergy and Thoracic Surgery Department at the Puerta del Mar University Hospital in Cádiz. He completed his medical school at the University of Cádiz, following his residency in Pneumology at the University Hospital Gregorio Marañón (Madrid-Spain) and received his Ph.D. at the University of Cádiz. He is President of the Asociación de Neumología y Cirugía Torácica del Sur (Neumosur) (2016-2019). He has been member of the Executive Committee of the COPD Group of the Sociedad Española de Neumología y Cirugía Torácica (SEPAR), coordinator of the COPD Group of Neumosur, member of the Educational Committe of SEPAR, reviewer of various respiratory journals and Director of the journal “Revista Española de Patología Torácica”.
