 Biography

Certified Orthopedic Technologist, Master of Rehabilitation Science, PhD Candidate (Health Science) at Graduate School of Health and Welfare, Niigata University of Health and Welfare, Japan. Ahego is the founder and CEO of Ahelite Brace, Prosthetics and Orthotics Service Company in Accra, Ghana. His expertise covers the rehabilitation of distal amputations management using silicone technology. His research interest is in motion analysis focusing on the evaluation of hip joint center location, the evaluation of the performance of gait motion analysis devices and development of Prosthetics and Orthotics service and education in sub-Saharan Africa. He is an active member of the following organizations; International Society of Biomechanics, International Society of Prosthetics and Orthotics and Japanese Academy of Prosthetics and Orthotics. He is also a member of the editorial panel member of Ec Orthopaedics.
