I am currently a PhD candidate (expected graduation 2018) majoring in Pharmaceutical Chemistry at the University of Kansas. I obtained a master degree in Industrial Pharmacy from the University of Toledo (2014) and a bachelor degree in Pharmaceutical Preparation from China Pharmaceutical University (2011).
My primary research is focused on improving the immunogenicity of antigens using polyvalent antigen display strategy. I have studied several different polyvalent antigen display scaffold systems including protein-based and inorganic systems. I have also been working on biophysical characterization of antigen-adjuvant interactions. I also have expertise in the formulation of both large and small molecule therapeutics.
My research interests include:
•Vaccine development
•Antigen-adjuvant interaction
•Biophysics
•Formulation development
