 Biography

Ismail Kucukkurt is an Associate Professor in the Department of Biochemistry at the University of Afyon Kocatepe. Dr Kucukkurt completed his Ph.D. at Afyon Kocatepe University. His research interests lie in the area of saponins and some plants extract its antioxidant effects on tissue and organism. Also, he investigated obesity, effects of elements, especially boron, on tissue morphology, moleculer and biochemical mechanism. He has collaborated actively with researchers in several other disciplines of biological science. He has taught biochemistry on undergraduate topics in veterinary medicine.
