Palanivel Ganesan a PhD candidate from Department of Food Technology in Prince of Songkla University, Thailand. His areas of interests are Brain healthiest, Anti ageing, Chronic Diseases, Delivery, Technology-Nanotechnology and Microencapsulation, Functional Foods-Nano Phyto foods, Food Technology - Value added food product development using underutilized plant foods, Food Processing- Plant foods and its biochemistry, Novel Healthy Foods-Product development using underutilized plant foods. He got Best graduate outgoing student award from Kongu Arts and Science College, affiliated to Bharathiar University,India.He was the Editor and reviewer of the international journals.
