Biography
Li-Pin Kao (Betty) received her Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Australian Institute for Bioengineering and Nanotechnology, University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia. Her thesis focused on the mitochondrial role in human embryonic stem cells. She has extensive publications had covered a wide range of gene expression profile, stem cells, cancer biology, cell biology, neuroscience, toxicology, and pharmacology.
