He has published more than 35 papers in international and domestic academic journals and attended several domestic and international research conference and he got the best publication award from the EC Microbiology Journal.

 Research Interest

Bhaskar Roy Research interest includes Cancer genomes and Microbial genomes of human searching the potential links between different cancers and intestinal microbial flora. At the same time, he also participated in several national scientific research projects related to human diseases such as esophageal cancer, lung cancer, colorectal cancer etc. Towards achieving this mission, Dr. Roy bridges the new genomics methods and molecular approaches into the investigation of the mechanisms of those genetics factors involved in fundamental biological processes. Our research will define not only genetic molecules, tumor microenvironment and pathways but also many fundamental biological processes that impact on human health.
