Dr. Ahmad Aburayya is a business senior lecturer in healthcare and quality management, worked in the area of quality & excellence in the healthcare context. Ahmad holds Master degree in Healthcare Quality Management from Australia and completed his PhD in Quality and Operational Excellence at Teesside University, United Kingdom. Dr. Ahmad’s main research activities/fields include Total Quality Management ( TQM), Quality Management, Healthcare management, Organization Excellence, Operation Management, Service Quality Management, Marketing Management, Health Information Management, Leadership, Quantitative Research Methods. He has published more than 17 research articles in international high impact journals in many fields of business and healthcare and leading the academic editorial board for several research awards including Authority Chairman Award in Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship. He is editor board member of several international journals such as International Journal of advanced quality research and open public health journal. Dr Ahmad is a reviewer for many international journals. He is a member of many international societies, including American Association for the quality research (AAQR), European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM), and American Society for Quality (ASQ).
